Job Description

Position Summary
We are seeking a Fashion operation manager responsible for attributions in the fashion department.
Reporting into the Fashion corner, you will be responsible for photo shootings, marketing sessions and brand promotion. Working with all departments to achieve maximum productivity, ensuring brand values and quality, you will need to have a strong team approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- New designers search;
- New designer procedures;
- Preparing the photo session (pre-shooting);
- Responsible for organize photo shootings;
- Responsible for product measurements;
- Seasonal campaigns, newsletters, landing pages
- Daily check of designers's Facebook pages and websites;
- Manage approvals and deadlines for the team by trafficking assets to ensure that assigned lead times are met;
- Collaborate with the entire team to coordinate schedules;
- Manage the translation of some medium-sized projects, such as designer launches, seasonal campaigns or newsletters;
- Monitor website to ensure a consistency amongst product shoots and alert team of any discrepancies;
- Work closely with the team to ensure a holistic and optimized approach to all partnership;
- Responsible for maintaining the smooth running of the translation process from Romanian into English (French is a plus);
- Bring an elevated eye and forward styling aesthetic into organizing and executing of all photo shootings;
- Responsible for image consulting, curating personal style and consistently providing a superior level of service;
- Advise clients and prospects regarding fashion trends and their individual needs;
- Collaborate with all departments;
- Work closely with Sales Department to understand WLC’s aesthetic and customer style products.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

- Experience in a marketing and/or creative industry
- Confident trouble-shooter and mediator
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven and able to multi-task, with solid organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle several projects simultaneously
- Ability to communicate effectively through a variety of platforms (Slack, Asana, Skype, Whatsapp);
- Experience as a Personal Stylist, fashion concierge or retail associate in fashion and luxury goods retail with an established clientele is a plus;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Written and spoken fluency in at least one other foreign language is a plus.

Desirable skills and requirements

- Good Romanian speaker;
- French / English speaker is a plus;
- Good understanding of fabrics;
- Attention to details;
- Good understanding of marketing best practices and processes;
- Fashion lover;
- Strong motivation and capacity to lead by example, inspiring productivity and results;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships in all scopes of business;
- Autonomous self-starter & confident decision-maker, able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Work closely with Sales Department to understand WLC’s aesthetic and customers style products;
- Schedule run-throughs and reviews as needed to present styling options and results;
- Manage all preparations of merchandise prior to shoots.
