Job Description

Position Summary
We are seeking a super organized Operator with fantastic communication skills to be responsible for managing and uploading products on our website. Translation in French and English is a plus.
Working with all departments to achieve maximum productivity while ensuring brand values and quality, you will need to have a strong team approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for uploading new items on our website;
- Generate products descriptions;
- Responsible for maintaining the smooth running of the translation process from Romanian into English (French is a plus);
- Collaborate with the entire team to coordinate schedules;
- Monitor website to ensure a consistency amongst product shoots and alert team of any discrepancies;
- Advise clients and prospects regarding fashion trends and their individual needs;
- Collaborate with all departments;
- Work closely with the team to ensure a holistic and optimized approach to all partnership.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

- Experience in a marketing and/or creative industry;
- Confident trouble-shooter and mediator;
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven and able to multi-task, with solid organizational and time-management skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required;
- Effective oral and written communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Ability to communicate effectively through a variety of platforms (Slack, Asana, Skype, Whatsapp).

Desirable skills and requirements

- Good Romanian speaker;
- French / English speaker is a plus;
- Good understanding of textiles;
- Attention to details;
- Fashion lover.
